Our real estate division has a local presence  and actively pursues investment opportunities.  With respect to our debt investments, we take a value-oriented approach and offer financing across a broad spectrum of property types located in primary and secondary markets.

We provide our clients with a broad expertise of a deal and then pursue opportunistic investments in various real estate asset classes, which historically have included office, industrial, retail and residential loans.  Our specialists work closely with clients, manage portfolios, develop investment processes, reduce compliance risks and increase organizational effectiveness.

APPROACH

The firm begins with an in-depth market analysis to identify asset classes, locations and parts of the capital structure we believe will outperform in the current economic environment.  

We then pursue opportunistic investments in various real estate asset classes, which historically have included hospitality, office, industrial, retail, healthcare, residential and non-performing loans.
